Candidate Selection

Through Campus recruitment or walk ins.

Initial candidate screening is done through a written test comprising of Technical, Analytical & English sections.

Shortlisted candidates undergo a face to face interview (Client's involvement is Optional).

Selected candidates are issued conditional appointment letter (subject to successful completion of training with pecified score threshold).

Training by our Training Partner (COGNITEL)

Training is conducted at our Training Partner facility.

Training Content has been specified and agreed with our partner, which occasionally is customized based on client's specific requirements.

Cost is shared between us and the candidate.


Continuous evaluation process is followed with periodic tests during the Class room and Practical in Test Lab phase.

Final evaluation is done after completion of Training (including Field training if applicable).

Candidates failing to score 60% or more are given one more chance in Class room and Lab session and evaluation process is repeated.

Absorption in INNOVIS

Candidates scoring 60% or more are absorbed by us and are put into respective job profiles with 6 months of probation period.

For candidates scoring more than 90%, probation period is waived off.
