Enterprise Business Unit Engineer
Responsibilities
- Ability to carry out Proactive Monitoring of Enterprise Customer Links on Enterprise EMS( CNMAESTRO , WinManage, Netnumen u31).
- Flag out all downtime, follow through escalation process and ensure prompt restoration.
- Coordinate and ensure proper billing process & revenue reporting for all corporate and SME customers in liaison with IT and Credit control teams.
- Closely work with Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance and Revenue assurance teams to ensure MTN EBU is compliant with all Business Risk requirements.
- Management of corporate services internal processes and ensuring the enforcement for KYC defined measures and regulatory compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- BSC/HND within Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
Skills
- A Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Telecom or IT industry.2 years of which must have been in business operations and support field.
- Advanced knowledge and skills in telecom Products and Services
- Comprehensive skills and knowledge in Billing systems, Revenue assurance and Service delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery
