The Telecom Engineer or TI lead is responsible for the installation, commissioning & testing of RAN equipment of Huawei BTS and can perform site acceptance as per operator requirement, conducting routine tower inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, troubleshooting network and power issues, and coordinating with field teams and vendors for site activities. The role also involves maintaining documentation, monitoring new BTS installations, and supporting new site rollouts or BTS upgrades.
The Rigger is responsible for executing all tower-related physical and technical activities, including climbing towers to install and replace the replacement of antenna & RRU system. The role includes installing antennas, RRUs, feeders, microwave dishes, and cables; ensuring correct alignment; performing routine tower inspections; and supporting site engineers during new rollouts or upgrades. The Rigger must strictly follow safety and fall-protection standards, maintain tools and equipment, and ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
The NPO Lead is responsible for overseeing the performance and optimisation of the radio access network (RAN), having 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G networks. This role requires a deep understanding of radio technologies (LTE/5G/UMTS) KPI, strong analytical skills, checking current network KPI and suggesting various optimisation strategies and leadership in driving network performance improvements. The lead will mentor junior engineers, coordinate optimisation activities, and ensure KPI targets are consistently met or exceeded.
